The Biloxi Public Art Project aims to accomplish the following goals:
· Build civic pride and strengthen the community connection to place (especially in underserved neighborhoods)
· Engage residents in the rich heritage of Biloxi through visual storytelling.
· Create an inviting atmosphere throughout the downtown area and surrounding neighborhoods that encourages residents and visitors to explore the diverse cultures of East Biloxi.
